All-American label Calvin Klein is to merge its women’s and menswear collections into one show. The event will take place during New York Fashion Week and is slated for Feb. 10.

The show will mark the debut collection by new chief creative officer Raf Simons, who resigned from his position as women’s wear creative director at Christian Dior in 2015. His new appointment was announced in August. Simons’ remit takes in Calvin Klein Platinum, Calvin Klein Jeans, Calvin Klein Underwear and Calvin Klein Home brands. This comes in addition to the label’s main runway collection.

Going forward, the combined show will become a calendar fixture on the women’s ready-to-wear schedules in February and September. The Belgian designer will also show his own label Feb. 1 during NYFW: Men’s.

The news follows the announcement that Bottega Veneta will also be combining its women’s and menswear collections and will show February and September in Milan. Burberry showed a co-ed collection for the first time in September and will continue to do so. DSquared2 is to show co-ed collections, too; however, these will fall into the January and June menswear schedule rather than the women’s calendar.
